The measurement instruments defined below allow us to assess the Is State of an organization, monitor the improvement in performance generated by our work, and verify the clinical, operational, and financial outcomes that result in improvement of leadership systems, workforce systems, and patient interaction systems.

The IMPACT SIMULATOR TM is an online, non-downloadable software-based technology that is in effect a flight simulator allowing scenario building and adjustment of givens, assumptions, and variables to allow leaders to simulate performance impact of tactics they may employ. The simulators developed through this technology tie individual organizational performance to national benchmarks and comparative databases as well as evidentiary indices developed by expert consensus. CARELeaders TM uses the IMPACT SIMULATOR TM technologies to model performance improvement in performance partner sites.
