The measurement instruments defined below allow us to assess the Is State of an organization, monitor the improvement in performance generated by our work, and verify the clinical, operational, and financial outcomes that result in improvement of leadership systems, workforce systems, and patient interaction systems.

The is a proprietary software based suite of diagnostic instruments
that allows assessment of the performance state of an organization.
It measures the dimensions of Communication, Underlying Values, Leadership,
Teamwork, Unity and Trust, Reliability, and Energy State of an organization.
A SOAP format is used to identify subjective and objective information to make an
assessment, and plan recommendations. Subjective information is generated from key
stakeholders in the value chain and objective information such as employee and
customer satisfaction through valid culture surveys. An analysis and plan
recommendations are generated through evidence based algorithms.
Implementation plans for improvement are then developed using a proprietary
improvement program prescribing activities in awareness, accountability, ability,
and action .
