The is a proprietary software based suite of diagnostic instruments that allows assessment of the performance state of an organization. It measures the dimensions of Communication, Underlying Values, Leadership, Teamwork, Unity and Trust, Reliability, and Energy State of an organization. A SOAP format is used to identify subjective and objective information to make an assessment, and plan recommendations. Subjective information is generated from key stakeholders in the value chain and objective information such as employee and customer satisfaction through valid culture surveys.
